The Husky range of hydraulic crane were intended for the civil engineering market where heavy lifting was required in places where construction work was be undertaking so ground condition were likely to be very rough. These had big wheels, four wheel drive and in most cases four wheel independent steering allowing crabbing movement. These could lift and move heavy items in very pore ground conditions,previously only undertaken by tracked vehicles.

| Notes - The very first 'Husky' very much the big brother of the speedcrane. Designed for road travel as well off road rough terrain work. Four wheel drive, Front power assisted, Rear independently power operated, permitting crabbing.

| Notes - This machine was an attempt to bridge the perceived gap between semi all terrain 150, very slow in the road travel (20 mph) and the much faster 4x4 truck crane, but not so rigid off road as a Husky.
